Winnipeg Outfitters Return Policy
All Merchandise to be returned must be in its original factory package and in original factory condition (unmarked) to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt, please ensure that a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return is included with your return. All refunds are by cheque or by credit card reimbursement only - no exceptions. Note that any order paid by cheque will be held until the cheque is cleared by the bank.
Please note that service charges and C.O.D. fees are not refundable.
All returned merchandise should be insured.
All Returns must be pre-paid. We will not accept any returned merchandise sent back C.O.D.
